By joining the Little Rock Landlord Association, you participate in a group which is dedicated to the support of landlords and property management professionals. The Association provides speakers at the monthly meetings who are professionals in their areas of expertise, representatives of state and federal regulatory agencies, and others who provide valuable information to members. You also have access to the combined knowledge and experience of the other members of the Association. The LRLA also monitors and helps shape state legislation that affects the rental and real estate businesses in Arkansas.
Membership is $75 for one year:
- $55 stays with the Little Rock Landlord Association’s General Fund;
- $5 goes to Arkansas Landlord Association's General Fund;
- $15 goes to the state association’s Political Action Fund (these funds are used to pay for lobbying efforts)--Since $15 of your membership goes to lobbying efforts, only $60 of your membership dues are tax deductible.
Your membership card willbe available at the next Association meeting if the application and check is received five days prior to the next meeting date.
